What are the main features of the website you offer?

Our standard website package includes four pages: Home, About Us, Services, and Contact. You can also modify and add additional pages/content after the website has been built.

Is there a trial period for the website services?

Yes, we offer a 7-day free trial. This allows you to gather any necessary details and images from your local business. After setting up your free account, you can provide us with the required information; your 7 day free trial begins once we’ve got your site ready (usually within a couple of days).

How long does it usually take to complete a website?

Most websites are completed within the 7-day trial period, provided we receive basic website information, which typically takes 5-10 minutes of your time. You’ll be able to send what’s needed via the online form you can access upon account-setup.

Who hosts my website?

We do – the reason for this is that we provide daily backups and security updates to ensure your website runs smoothly and without issues.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time after the first successful payment of £15. Please note that we do not offer refunds, including for partial months, due to our low pricing structure.

What happens to my website if I cancel?

We will provide you with an archive of the complete website that you can transfer to any other host. There is an admin fee of £30 to do this (just to cover our time). If we purchased a “.co.uk” domain for you as part of your subscription, and you move to a different hosting provider, as long as we’re able to access your new provider’s hosting panel, we can transfer the domain to it, so it’s fully under your control (and that would be included in our £30 admin fee).

Will my monthly fee increase in the future?

No, existing customers are locked in at the £15/month rate for as long as they remain on their existing subscription, even if our prices increase in the future.

What’s included in the price for website services?

The price includes website design, hosting, daily backups, and security updates. If you don’t already have a “.co.uk” domain for your business, we also include that in the monthly price.

What if I already have a domain and hosting sorted?

If you already have a domain &/or hosting, just email us the access details to your hosting panel (it’s often GoDaddy or 123-Reg), and we’ll change the nameservers for our hosting. Once your website is live on our hosting, you can cancel any remainder of your hosting contract with your existing provider, as it won’t be needed. NOTE: You can keep your account with that old provider if you wish to renew your domain with them annually, or if you have a “.co.uk” domain, we can take over the renewal process as part of your £15/month subscription at no extra cost.

How can I communicate with you during the website development process?

You can communicate with us via email, WhatsApp, or phone during office hours from Monday to Friday.

Do you offer web consultation or tuition?

Yes, web consultation and tuition are available at £30 per half-hour slot, should you prefer any one-on-one assistance rather than editing the site yourself.

How much do additional website pages cost (if I don’t add them myself)?

Additional website pages are available at a rate of £60 per page (maximum 750 words per page). NOTE: If you prefer to add pages yourself at any point, there’s no cost, since you’re doing the work.

Can I request other add-ons, such as a business logo or email address?

Yes, you can request additional services like a business logo (£60, business email address (£3/month per email) and other relevant services. You’ll be given the opportunity to add these when you go through the payment checkout. If you prefer add them later, just let us know on the form that you’ll fill in when providing your business details post-payment set-up.
